Tawakkalna is the official Covid-19 application in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, developed by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). It plays a crucial role in preventing the spread of the Covid-19 virus by implementing effective management measures.
Upon its launch, Tawakkalna aimed to support relief efforts by electronically granting permits during the "Curfew Period" to both government and private-sector workers, as well as individuals. This initiative proved instrumental in curtailing the transmission of the Covid-19 virus throughout the Kingdom.
During the subsequent phase known as the "Return with Caution" period, Tawakkalna App introduced several significant new features designed to facilitate a secure transition. Notably, it implemented colored codes to indicate users' health status, ensuring utmost levels of security and privacy.
